This month I’ve got to interview a special lady who is very close to my heart.
I have known Kate for almost 5 years now and interestingly enough we have never met!
We connected over social media and she inspires me on a daily basis.
She is an incredible woman, a wife, a mother, a business woman, a girl boss, a kind spirit and a great motivator!
Thank you Kate for sharing your tips with us this month….
What motivates you to get out of bed each day?
My daughter Emma who’s 18months old calling my name “Mummy” first thing in the morning is what usually wakes me up and having her pushes me to do what I do every day to be a good example for her too.
2. What is your biggest accomplishment to date?
I started my own business- TaylorCare Recruitment at 28 years old and 4 years on we are finally flourishing. We had a rocky year last year where we came to a cross roads with my business and we were faced with shutting down. Something in me just new it wasn’t time to give up. I dug deep and worked really hard while being a new mum to turned my business around. I looked at how my business was set up and if we could do things better. I restructured my role to be more the face of the business again rather than managing and my business is now going from strength to strength and hope to expand in 2017 again.
